Nili International has its own 6 line Knit set-up named “Limart Capitaland Apparels Ltd” along with following 12 top graded associates factories in Bangladesh. All factories are fully compliance as per international standards.

Unit 1: Arrival Fashion Limited:

  • Total 17 lines, for Men’s, Women’s Pant, Shorts, Boxer shorts,
  • Production Capacity – 700000 pcs per month.
  • Certifications: BSCI, Sedex, Wrap,
  • Producing for Auchan-France, BIG W-Australia, Debenhams-UK, Next, Gloria      Jeans-Russia, Disney, SRS USA.

Unit 2: Kumudini Garments / Apparels & Washing plant:

  • Total 10 lines for Men’s, Women’s & Children’s Trousers, Legging, Cargo pant, Windbreaker, Skirts, Shorts, Casual Shirt, Jacket.
  • Production capacity: 210,000 pcs per month.
  • Certifications: BSCI, WRAP.

Unit 3: Onus Group :

  • Onus Group has total 12 factories 5000 machine with around work force of 8000 employ.
  • We associates with Onus Apparels, Citadel Apparels, Onus Garments, Onus Design, Odyssey Dresses for Men’s, Women’s & Children’s Casual Shirt, Trousers, Legging, Cargo shorts, Skirts, Shorts, Casual Shirt, Jacket.
  • Production capacity 6,60,000 per/month
  • Certifications: Walmart, BSCI.

Unit 4: BP Wears (Pvt) Ltd:

  • Total 8 lines for Men’s, Women’s & Children’s Casual Shirt, Trousers, Legging, Cargo shorts, Skirts, Shorts, Jacket.
  • Production capacity 240,000 pcs per month.
  • Certifications: WRAP, BSCI, ISO 9001-2008, SOCAM, and Member of SEDEX.

Unit 5: Integra Apparels (Bangladesh) Ltd :

  • Total 7 lines for Men’s, Women’s & Children’s Casual Shirt, Trousers, Legging, Cargo shorts, Skirts, Shorts, Jacket.
  • Production capacity 170000 pcs per month. Additional 5 Lines are in under construction.
  • Certifications: WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX

Unit 6: Muazuddin Textile Ltd:

  • For all types of Men’s, Women’s & Children’s Knit wear, Polo, Shirt, T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, Fleece, Polar Fleece, Loungewear, Scrubs-tops & bottoms, Legging, Performance Knits.
  • Production Capacity of knit fabrics: 18000Kgs/Day. Single Jersey: 110gsm-280gsm, Pique: 160gsm-320gsm, Drop Needle, Honey Comb, Interlock, Rib 1×1, 2×2, Lycra S/J, Lycra Rib, Waffle, Terry Fleece , Fleece 80%/20% , CVC and PC etc. Base Construction: 100% cotton, CVC, P/C, 80/20% or 50/50pc.
  • Dyeing Capacity: 22,000Kgs/day.
  • In-house Printing Capacity: 20000pcs/day.
  • Production Capacity: Basic T-Shirt -61,200pcs per Day. Polo: 9600pcs per Day.
  • Certification: BSCI, WRAP, ISO9001:2000, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Walmart. 

Unit 7: Eurozone Fashion Ltd:

  • Total 21 lines, for Men’s, Women’s Shirt, Pant, Shorts, Boxer shorts, Overall, Jackets& Dresses.
  • Production Capacity – 528,000 pcs per month.
  • Certifications: BSCI, OE-100, WRAP, AJA.

Unit 8: MHC Apparels (Pvt.) Ltd. and MHC Wears (Pvt.) Ltd.

  • Total 14 lines for Men’s, Women’s & Children’s  Jackets (3Layer, 2Layer, Padded, Non-Padded etc) , Pants (3Layer, 2Layer, Padded, Non-Padded etc), Bib Pants, Anorak, Rain Coat, Trousers, Legging, Cargo shorts, Skirts, Shorts, 
  • Production capacity 420,000 pcs per month.
  • Certifications: BSCI, ACCORD

Unit 9: Advance Sweater Ind. Ltd.

  • 1824 machine for Sweater for 3.5gg, 5gg, 7gg, 12gg.
  • Production capacity 132,000pcs per month. 3.5GG: 60,500pcs/month, 5GG: 25,000pcs/month, 7GG: 30,000pcs/month, 12GG: 22,000pcs/month.
  • Certification: BSCI

Unit 10: Comfort socks Ltd:

  • Total 36 Machines. Italian Rumi, KTM Korea, Soossan Korea. Dia: 3.75” x 144,156 & 168 Needles 36 gauge fully computerized machine.
  • Production capacity 15,000 doz per month.

Unit 11: Chorka Textile :

  • For Lingerie’s, Total 38 Machines for Brief, Boxer, Hipster, String, Bra, Swimwear,
  • Capacity : 1.5 mil/mth:

Unit 12: Sailor Moon Sweater Limited
